This plan is comparable to just changing your cars oil and tires. We use this approach to help sort out your network. Our goal is to identify any signs of issues with your network. We only take action as you direct. It is recommended that a block of pre-purchased hours be considered to reduce the overall cost of moving forward.
The Client makes a medium commitment toward service. This is a proactive approach to keeping your computers & devices working. We onboard computers and devices* onto our platform which allows visibility into common issues with equipment. We know which computers and devices are in need of patching or updating of firmware or operating system patches. We make an agreement that any work will draw from a block of pre-purchased hours. We will notify you of any signs of issues but will only take action as you direct.
This service plan is Limited RMM on steroids.
We monitor, update, protect each computer and device from vulnerabilities. Unless instructed otherwise, we do all patching and updates after hours. More intense updates-upgrades are scheduled with the Client. This plan creates a total partnership with the Client and BDrive Technologies.
This service plan allows us to take care of your day to day operations of the network treating it as we would with our own. Time is built in to resolve tech issues as they alert our system. This includes patch management, critical error alert, device firewall, malware, spyware and virus protection. This service plan reduces stress!
